Moonsilk is an online retailer of products made from 100% natural Mulberry silk. All the products on sale on our website are made from 22 momme Mulberry silk.

What information we collect

Personal data includes information that makes it possible to identify a person.

-Home page/newsletters. When you place an order on the Moonsilk website, we will ask for your first and last name, contact information such as email address, mailing/delivery address, location, country, payment information and information about the product you are ordering. We do not store your card details, your payment is processed through a secure online payment provider. We collect information about how you use our website to continually improve the user experience based on the information we receive.

-Technical. Information about the devices you use to access our services, browser type, time zone and location.

-Customer service. When you contact Moonsilk Customer Service, one of our team members will ask for your details, such as your name or email address. When you contact us regarding an order, you will be asked to provide more details about the order, such as the order number, item description or other details.

-Tourism. Moonsilk collects information about whether and how you would like to receive marketing-related information from us.

-Campaigns and competitions. When participating in a promotion or prize draw, Moonsilk will ask for your contact details - your name, email address, delivery address.

-Transactions. Information about your orders (including your contact details, location, transaction currency, information about the products ordered, purchase amount, shipping information, etc.) and information about communications related to orders.
