Moonsilk e-shop sells high quality 100% Mulberry silk products - pillowcases, bodices, accessories and more.
The Terms and Conditions apply to the legal relations between the customer (hereinafter referred to as the Customer) and the owner of the shopping environment (hereinafter referred to as the E-shop) located at www.moonsilk.ee Moonsilk OÜ (hereinafter referred to as the Seller) in connection with the purchase of Products from the E-shop. In addition to these Terms and Conditions, the legal relations arising from the purchase of the E-shop Products shall be governed by the legislation in force in the Republic of Estonia.
The Seller may change the terms and conditions of use of the e-shop and the prices of products and services. The seller will announce any changes on the website at the following address www.moonsilk.ee. The transaction is subject to the conditions and prices prevailing at the time of the transaction.

Prices
All prices displayed in the e-shop are in euros and include VAT.
Products
All the products displayed in the e-shop are usually in stock and located in Estonia. After the order is placed, the products will be shipped as soon as possible, but not later than 48 hours.
The photographs of products displayed in the online shop are illustrative and may unintentionally differ slightly from the actual appearance of the product.
Making a purchase
The customer selects the desired Product in the E-shop and adds it to the shopping cart by clicking on the "Add to cart" button.
In order to place an order, the Customer must navigate to the Shopping Cart: click on the shopping cart icon in the menu bar, whereupon the Customer will be directed to the shopping cart. Then, by clicking on the "go to checkout" button, the shop will redirect the customer to the checkout page.
After entering the required correct data and verifying the accuracy of the data, the Customer confirms the order by clicking on the "Submit order" button. After this action, the order is confirmed and transmitted to the seller.
After the order has been placed, the E-shop will send an order confirmation to the Customer by e-mail.
The Seller shall not be liable for the impossibility of fulfilling the order due to incorrect information provided by the Customer or any consequences thereof.
The Seller has the right to cancel the order if there is any doubt as to the accuracy of the information provided to the Seller.
The Seller has the right to cancel the order by informing the customer by e-mail. In the event that the seller cancels the order, the order will be refunded. The refund will be made to the same bank account from which the Customer paid for the order.
Payment methods
Orders can be paid for securely by bank transfer or by debit/credit cards Visa, Mastercard, American Express.
The Seller does not have access to the Customer's bank and credit card details.
Gift cards
Digital gift cards can be used in the e-shop. Gift vouchers can be used by adding the unique code of the gift voucher in the Gift Voucher box in the shopping cart. If the amount of the purchase is less than the amount on the Gift Card, the remaining amount will remain on the Gift Card. If the purchase amount is greater than the amount on the Gift Card, the remaining amount must be paid using the payment methods in the Shopping Cart.
Transport
The customer can choose between different delivery options. Both Omniva and DPD parcel machines are available.
The product will be delivered to the parcel machine of the Customer's choice usually within 1-3 working days from the date of sending the order confirmation to the Customer's e-mail address.
The Customer will be informed of the arrival of the product at the parcel machine by SMS message containing the door code and the location of the parcel machine. The Product will be kept in the parcel machine for 7 calendar days. After the expiry of this period, the Product will be returned to the E-shop.
In the event that the Product does not reach the Customer in good condition and in sealed packaging, the Customer is obliged to inform the Customer immediately by sending a letter to this effect to the e-mail address: info@moonsilk.ee or by calling +372 5625 3369.
Return and exchange
Products purchased from Moonsilk.ee e-shop can be returned by informing us of the return request within 14 days of receipt of the product and returning the goods to us within 14 days.
Please return the product in its original condition and packaging. The product must be unworn, unmarked and unwashed.
All returned products undergo quality control. The buyer is responsible for any loss in value of the product.
The amount paid for the purchase will be refunded to the same debit or credit card used to make the original purchase.
The refund will be made as soon as possible, but not later than 7 days from the date of receipt of the returned product, unlabelled, unworn and unwashed. Once the refund has been made, you should see it on your bank statement within 7 working days (depending on the bank).
The postage costs of the initial delivery (original order) are refundable.
The postage of the returned product is covered by the customer.
Please note that if you return goods, you are responsible for them until we have received them. When returning an order, please return everything that was in the original packaging. Pack carefully to ensure that the product remains in saleable condition upon receipt. Choose a shipping option that can be tracked - Moonsilk.ee is not responsible for products lost in transit. Keep the information related to the shipment (receipt, tracking number, etc.). Send the packaged product back to us within 14 days at the Omniva parcel counter in Peetri Selver, adding the recipient's phone number 5625 3369.
Moonsilk.ee is not liable for any customs related taxes and/or fees.
Products not suitable for return:
- The product is not in its original condition and is unsaleable.
- Product refused for delivery
- The buyer of the product provided an incorrect address
- Returned goods will not be accepted if Moonsilk Customer Service has been contacted more than 14 days after receipt of the goods and/or if the goods have not been returned within 14 days.
Exchanging the purchased product:
Please make sure you have selected the correct size before placing your order. If you need any help choosing your size, please e-mail us and we will be happy to assist you.
It is possible to exchange products (in original condition and original packaging) if the desired size is in stock. If the desired size is not in stock, it is possible to exchange the product for another suitable product and/or accessory that is in stock. The postage of the returned product will be covered by the customer. When exchanging the product, please return everything that was in the original packaging.

Responsibility
The Seller and the Customer shall be liable to each other for any damage caused to the other party by breach of these Terms of Use in the cases and to the extent provided for by the legislation in force in the Republic of Estonia.
The Seller is liable for the sale price of the Product.
The Customer undertakes to use the E-shop service only for purposes that are in accordance with the law.
Other conditions
Conflicts between the Customer and the Seller shall be resolved by negotiation.
If the Seller has refused to resolve the Consumer's complaint or the Consumer disagrees with the solution offered by the Seller and considers that his/her rights have been infringed or his/her interests have been harmed, the Consumer may lodge a complaint with the Consumer Complaints Commission through the Consumer Protection and Technical Surveillance Authority or with the courts. The referral to the Commission is free of charge for the consumer and the value of the transaction must exceed € 20. The consumer may lodge the complaint himself or through a representative.
